About Us:
Larry is from Northern Virginia and Madeline hails from New England. We have lived in Boston and Las Vegas. We moved to the Northern Virginia area because my wife fell in love with Virginia. We now live in South of NoVa™ (South of Northern Virginia) which we find to be a great place to live. The locals say it has changed because of increase of traffic and new home developments. After living in Northern Virginia, Stafford is a refreshing change. Plenty of parking in store lots, folks saying hi, more folks than not still smile at you as you pass one another. Get this! Folks passing in front of your eye view say:"Excuse me."
We have been happily married for 35 years and we have 7 children and 10 grandchildren. We might also add they are the light of our lives. They definitely keep us young and up on our toes.
Our Experience (Brief)
We worked at Stone and Webster Engineering together in Boston, Mass.
Larry worked on Nuclear Power Plant safety systems and earthquake analysis.
Madeline worked on Nuclear Power Plant electrical and technical diagrams.
Larry has held Executive (CTO, SVP) positions in the Telecommunications Industry.
and negotiated multimillion dollar contracts for several companies.
Larry and Madeline worked together in her Woman Owned Consulting Business, for 25 years in Information Technology focused on providing quality customer service in medium-sized offices, departments within government - Dept. of Public Works in Washington D.C., on special projects within hospitals such as providing network service to an Aids clinic at Howard University Hospital, provided Network equipment to Fairfax County. small businesses and SOHO's.

My name is Kim and I am in the military. I want to share a little story about how Larry and Madeline Whitehead helped me to find a beautiful home.
We all met a little over a year ago, while they were looking for a place for my best friend to live. She was overseas and heading back to the VA area and wanted to find a realtor® she could trust, a realtor® that would look out for her and her granddaughter. They also needed a place that would accommodate all the furniture they had.
They worked day and night to help me out, sending me listings via the internet and focusing on what I wanted in my home, i.e. 2-car garage, 3 bedrooms, 2 ½ bathroom. The Whiteheads sent me listings from all over the Stafford, Fredericksburg, King George, Lake of the Woods and Caroline community areas. No stone was unturned, no street was left unsearched; they sent it all to me. At times it seemed a bit overwhelming, but Larry and Madeline assured me that those feelings were normal. I kept on with the pursuit of the American dream of owning my own home. They went through many links to locate the right house for my Mom and me. Finally, towards the end of August, after looking at over 40 houses, all the paperwork was complete; we had selected a lender, we finally chose our home. The house is a nice 3 bedroom, 2 ½ bath, with 2 car garage located in Caroline county. It is located by two lakes with convenience for fishing, swimming and boating.
Thanks to Larry and Madeline Whitehead, I can say I own my first home. They personify the word “professionals” as it relates to realtors® and stand out as number #1 in my world.
