About Stacey:

People often ask, why real estate?   I tell them, I like houses, and I like people!  I want to help people achieve one of the greatest accomplishments of security....a home to provide shelter, warmth, love and safety.  I began my career in 1994, and I am blessed that not only have I helped many families achieve home ownership, but they have become my friends as well!   It is a huge compliment to me when friends refer their friends to me, and thanks to Mary & gang, the longest string of referrals so far!  I also have worked with generation after generation in one family, and I'm really not that old!   In 2007 94% of my business came from referrals.  THANK YOU!

Being in the world of real estate since 1995 has given me years of experience successfully buying and selling homes in the Metro Denver areas. I started as an assistant to top producing REALTORS, and have learned a lot about what to do as well as what NOT to do. I opened my own office with Metro Brokers in 2007 to bring you the personalized care, knowledge, and attention you deserve.


Today's purchase agreements run 16 pages or more. That does not include the federal- and state-mandated disclosures nor disclosures dictated by our local custom. I'll guide you through the complexities of buying and/or selling a house, eliminating hassles and stress. You'll have the advantage of personal, one-on-one attention. The best agent for you doesn't necessarily work at the largest brokerage, close the most transactions or make the most money. The best agent for you is an experienced professional who will listen to you, conduct themselves in an ethical manner and knows your market. You'll be my client throughout the real estate transaction and beyond. Even the smoothest transactions that close without complications can come up with questions or concerns after closing.
