I am married to an Awesome  guy by the name of Melvin Pelzer, he's over 6 ft tall, dark and bald he's the father to my STAR STUNNED children; Scott 20 & Jessical 19, both in college.. and a DOG  named Blackie.  I REALLY NEED TO SELL SOME HOUSES!! How did i land in this world of REALESTATE. From a little girl i wanted to be an Attorney but after getting pregnant at a young age with two children that dream was lost.  One day after getting married at age 25 and now with a real family , we went for it HOMEOWNERSHIP.. BUT IT WAS HARD. WE WERE YOUNG WITH CHALLENGED CREDIT , AND NO CLUE. WE KNEW WE WANTED THE DREAM AND KNEW WE COULD ACCOMPLISH WHAT NO ONE IN OUR FAMILIES HAD EVER DID.. AFTER MY HOMEBUYING EXPERIENCE I LEARNED SO  MUCH OF WHAT WAS WRONG IN THE PROCESS AND MAYBE I COULD DO THIS... HELP PEOPLE, BUT I KNEW I WOULD DO IT DIFFERENTLY. I DID AND MY FIRST YEAR IN THE BUSINESS I BECAME A NAME YOU COULD TRUST AND IT HAS BEEN A GREAT RIDE.

   In twelve years i have been a salesperson where i started  IN THE cold calling  ERA at Coldwell Banker- Tom Jenkins Realty of Columbia South Carolina to an independent Broker/ Owner to now a part of a National Brand( Global Realty Marketing). It seemed like a great start and a place that would allow me to service my clients VERY well, because of the BIG Name . The big name helped but they failed me as a Rockie. I needed my company to accept the way i wanted to take care of my clients . At that time i primary worked the average home market.  That market consists of any where from 50 -130K market and now i service still 50k but my clientele has grown up to the 500k to some million dollar clients ( WHAT A JUMP) . I was the the niche market realtor and still am in some ways. Then it was just the  African American buying community and now it's WOMEN and of course of all colors shapes and sizes! Men however love working with me because their wives say SHE"S the BEST DEAR!  I educated at my local seminars and most all other OUT of The BOX opportunities i could find, that makes consumer education fun and useful. I soon learned i needed a company that would allow me to help my CLIENTS my way. I mean lower COMMISSIONS if i had to without a major CONVERSATION. I left Coldwell Banker and went for it.. the out of the BOX.... Realty Executives for the next 3 years , then RE- Max Above the Crowd and now the moment i was waiting on my own COMPANY....now i am on my third company in search of the best way to service my clients.
