With almost a decade of experience, Spencer has been a Breakthrough & Results Specialist with a passion for coaching others into a better life. NLP Master Practitioner, life coach, business coach, speaker, trainer. He has recently partnered back up with Keller Williams Realty and J Michael Manley to build the J Michael Manley Team in Columbia, SC. Now he is using his knowledge, skills, and talents in helping people in the midlands of South Carolina buy and sell their homes.

His ability to quickly get to the heart of an issue and give clear insight has propelled many into a lifestyle they never thought possible. His experience around business began as a child. He was raised by his entrepreneurial mother who opened 3 Hair Salons (some internationally), a boutique, and 2 restaurants. Needless to say, those events created a learning curve for him that gave him a good grasp on human behavior, business tactics, and marketing. After Bible College, marriage, and children, Spencer eventually found the unique world of Real Estate. Spencer has been instrumental in developing and growing individuals, teams and offices since 2000. During that time he has received several awards including the annual RE/MAX “Hustle Award” in Columbia, SC and the “Trainer of the Year” from Keller Williams Realty in Ft. Myers, FL.

Spencer and his wife Amy currently reside in Irmo, SC. Their passion to "Empower and Enrich every life they connect with" is being demonstrated daily.
