About Us:

Stephen is a licensed real estate broker/manager affiliated with Cutler Real Estate a brokerage providing real estate services including title and mortgage, with over 14 offices throughout Northeast Ohio.

Stephen grew up in the real estate industry, as his father was founder and broker/owner of Merkle Realty, Inc. an independent real estate brokerage in Akron, Ohio.  Stephen obtained his Saleperson's license in 1988, and his Broker's license in 1991.  Merkle Realty, Inc. merged with Cutler Real Estate in February of 2002, and Stephen was named Manager of Cutler's new Wadsworth, OH location.

Stephen has been an award winning Realtor since 1988.  His awards include:
