About Me:

     A new agent for a new market! Why pay a storefront rate when you can get storefront service for less? Would you buy a car for 20,000 dollars when you could get it elsewhere for 15,000? Probably not (even if you would - you can call me too!) The market has changed - real estate sales must change too! Everyone says they handle foreclosures and short sales these days, after all, if you don't you probably aren't in business anymore. There is however a BIG difference bewteen having the ability to sign bank docs and knowing how to really handle a short sale or foreclosure. Having the right information at the right time makes all the difference. The right information can include:

  • The most update market declination rate
  • Cost of foreclosure for that county
  • Cost of negotiating away 2nd and 3rd position liens
  • Long term holding costs in that market
  • How to get your folder on the right desk when it counts
  • The right time and the right way to get the mitigation negotiated

Intangible Assets

What is an intangible asset? Those are the things that matter most! Unlike most classes in real estate training, they are the things that books can't teach you!

  • Do I have to have a degree in psychology to be a real estate agent? No, but my B.A. in Counseling Psychology certainly makes me a much better agent! Knowing how to establish better relationships adds value to all sides of every transaction. Sometimes, the best service I can give is telling a potential client what they NEED to hear, not what the want  to hear. My psychology background has also taught me the most effective way to bring the other side of a table to a decision without becoming confontational. Reflective listening works! Let me prove it to you!
  • Did I have to earn Summa Cum Laude honors to graduate? Absolutely not - but if something is worth doing - it's worth doing all the way!
  • Did I have to put 10 years as a builder, contractor and site manager to become a real estate agent? Not even close - but if I am selling houses, the more I know about my product, the better I can service my buyers and sellers!
  • Do I have to read every real estate book I can get my hands on? Do I have to go to every seminar and training session I can? Certainly not - but the world of real estate is constantly evolving and I want to make sure I give my clients the best and most accurate approaches to selling, marketing, buying and negotiating!
