South Sound Lane Virtual Assistance, formerly Executive Office Solutions has been in operation since October of 1996 providing virtual assistance to a variety of business professionals and entrepreneurs. I have over 20 years of professional office and field experience, including holding positions as a Network Administrator, PC Technical Support, Personal Assistant, Administrative Assistant and Executive Secretary. I have a range of experience from equipment maintenance and acquisition to project management. I began working exclusively with Real Estate Professionals two years ago, specializing in Online Marketing, Listing Management and Web Design and Maintenance.
The more business you acquire, the more administrative duties you have; which leaves you much less time to get those new listings and generate income. I am sure you can find many reasons why you should not hire an assistant, although it may be obvious that you need one.
I now work with Real Estate Professionals only. I specialize in Listing Management, Online Marketing, FSBO/Expired Listings and Web Design, both custom and template.
I have earned certification from NAR (Real Estate Professional Assistant), IREAA (formerly CyberStarVA), IVAA CRESS, IVAA Ethics Checked, and I am a Graduate Real Estate Virtual Assistant (GREVA) from REVA Training Center. In 2000 I attended Troy State Universities' Webmaster Certification Course.
As a result of my geographic mobility, I have gained experience in a variety of organizations and in a variety of settings. Part of adapting to change entails the development of new skills.
