The new Libeskind wing of the Denver Art Museum and the soon to be constructed Clyfford Still Museum have recently brought national attention to the Modernist spirit of the Mile High City. What many don't realize, however, is that modernism and modern architecture are nothing new to Denver. We have outstanding Mid-Century and Contemporary Modern homes in the Metro area. 

Surprisingly, many real estate agents don't know architectural styles which makes locating modern homes in our Multiple Listing Service very difficult. To best serve my midcentury modern and midcentury modest enthusiast clients, I focus on scouring the MLS daily along with exploring neighborhoods and cataloging all homes that I find, whether or not they are "on the market."
