I typically work within the real estate industry helping the Real Estate Agent and their clients prepare their property for today's marketplace. Home selling has certainly changed in the past decade, most people are now introduced to a property, not by the agent or the for sale sign on the front lawn, but through the internet. Home sellers have mere seconds to grab a potential buyer's interest before they move on to the next property. How do we get prospective buyer's to take a closer look? Great photos help your property stand out from the crowd and staging prior to photosresults in quality, attention grabbing photos. Staged homes typically spend fewer days on the market and sell for more money than un-staged homes.

Doing what I love

  I have always loved art and design and for most of my life have supported myself, to some degree, with my art and craftsmenship. I have also taught various arts and crafts to both youth and adults and owned a  creative and fine arts gallery. This love of art and my creative mind is what that makes me a good stager. I love sharing my knowledge and skills with others and enjoy working with people. I particularly enjoy helping seniors and "zoomers" downsize their living spaces; helping people de-clutter a life-time of collecting is a challenge but one I thoroughly enjoy! Once moved, I love the challenge of developing organization methods to help maintain a clutter-free space.

 It seems that home staging is my perfect carreer; challenging not only my creative skills but also my comunication skills. I feel such a sence of satisfaction during the whole process of staging and the end result often takes my breath away!

In addition to property staging, I also provide staging consultations, pre-packing services, organization services, de-cluttering services, personal decor shopping, move management, trade supervision and decor refreshing.
