We are a family business with over 20 years of real estate experience. Attorney and Senior Real Estate Paralegal are husband and wife. When we are out of the office, the phone gets forwarded to one of two cellular phones so all calls are answered unless we are on the phone. However, we are very timely at returning all calls. We are very competatively priced and we have not increased prices in over 4 years. Our Senior Real Estate Paralegal also has a mortgage and title insurance license. Mr. Deitch also has many years of litigation experience so if a transaction fails due to a breach of contract, he can be a full service asset to his client.
