About Us:
Stacey Campbell Kiernan is the principal broker for HR Realty Group, LLC. Stacey has been in real estate since 1999 and has sold over 200 million dollars in real estate in Indianapolis and the central Indiana area. From Fishers, Noblesville and Carmel in Hamilton County , Greenwood in Johnson County, Greenfield in Hancock County, Avon, Plainfield & Brownsburg in Hendricks county as well as all of Marion County, Stacey and HR Realty Group, LLC have sold many homes and are very familiar with various areas, subdivisions, and school districts.
Additional training and experience are key when choosing a Realtor to represent you. Whether buying, selling, or investing in real estate and whether you are interested in residential or commercial, the knowledge of the market and how to make transactions work for all parties is very important!
In Real Estate as with other professions, continuing education is time consuming and expensive but necessary in this fast changing world we live in. Stacey has earned the following designations (this is in addition to the continuing education required by the state of Indiana):
CRS-Certified Residential Specialist- which requires extensive actual closed transactions as well as numerous classroom hours. Less that 20% of all Realtors have earned this prestigious designation. Designees have experience in marketing and selling residential real estate.
ABR-Accredited Buyer Representative-requires the candidate to have closed a large number of transactions in which the they represented the buyer and includes classroom education in the most advantageous ways to represent the buyer.
ASP-Accredited Staging Professional- involves both classroom and hands-on experience in helping a client stage their home for the fastest sale for the highest price.
Stacey is also a licensed broker in North Carolina but lives and currently practices exclusively in Indiana

Indianapolis has been home for Stacey for over 30 years! She grew up in Muncie, Indiana, attending Cowan HS and Ball State University. She met David Kiernan while at Ball State and relocated to Indianapolis in 1978. She graduated from Indianapolis University-Purdue University at Indianapolis, (IUPUI ) in 1980. Stacey and David have made their home on almost every side of the city in the past 30 years, raising two children while they were at it! This has been useful in selling real estate because familiarity with various areas is helpful to clients in evaluating their real estate decisions.
