I am a psychologist who understands the value of listening to my client's needs.  The process of buying and/or selling a home, though exciting can be very overwhelming, therefore I attempt to make the process as stress free as possible.  I am available to provide as much counseling as necessary to ensure that you understand completely the stages of the transaction and are completely satisfied in the end.

 As a relatively new agent, I am excited about my new career and look forward to putting that enthusiasm to work for you.

I am originally from Jamaica, but have lived in Maryland since 1992.  I am a 1996 graduate of University of Maryland Baltimore County & a 2000 graduate of the Virginia Consortium Program in Clinical Psychology.

Outside of real estate I enjoy my charity work on the board of the Angie Houtz Memorial Scholarship Fund (www.angiemhoutzmemorialfund.com) which provides scholarships to students attending local colleges who have shown a committment to academics and community service.

I enjoy interaction with people which means I am able to enjoy every single real estate transaction that I participate in (listing, buying, or renting). 

I am very knowledgeable about new construction.  Having just purchased a new home myself, I understand the process not just from the standpoint of the real estate agent but also from the point of being a buyer.  I am very familiar with the new home communities in Prince Georges county and how best to negotiate to receive great incentives and options.

I enjoy working with first-time buyers.  I find the investigative nature of finding your perfect home very gratifying and I love the relationships that I am able to develop with my buyers.  I devote myself to each client, whether they are shopping for a $100,000 or a $1,000,000 home.

 I work primarly in Montgomery, Prince George's, Howard, Frederick Counties and Southern Maryland as well as the greater Baltimore metropolitan area.
