Your house will outshine the competition after we professionally stage it using items chosen specifically for your property from our extensive inventory of furniture, art and accessories. Your staging investment will be based on the number of rooms you choose to stage and the time involved.
Your Investment: One-time Staging Fee plus Monthly Inventory Rental
OCCUPIED HOME STAGING - Our Accredited Staging Professionals will stage your house using proven techniques, to give it the "model home" feel that today's buyers want! Call us for a free estimate.
Your Investment: $100 per hour
HOME STAGING CONSULTATIONS - A Seller's Edge consultant will meet with you to discuss your needs. After an in-depth examination of your property, you will receive detailed instructions and a punch list containing everything you need to do to get your house market ready!
