About Us:

Hi! My name is Gigi Giles, founder and owner of RoomDini. I am pleased and excited to be the first Stager for Frederick County registered on this site! I created my company based on a belief that my mission in life is to help people. I considering a career in nursing and started attending classes to get me on my way, however, a tradgedy affected my life in such a way that I knew that that was not my calling. In the past, I have worked with friends and family to organize thier homes. After many conversations, and heartfelt soul searching, I was finally convinced that my natural talent for organizing was a gift that indeed helped people emotionally and psychologically, and that it could fulfill my mission in life. It truely was helping others. After researching to start my company, I found another exciting industry of Home Staging. Recognizing that this was another area where I seemed to have a natural talent, I decided to investigate further and saw the potential of helping others in this way. I knew that the process of buying and selling a home is a stressful time for most people. After careful consideration, I invested in myself and attended training to become an Accredited Staging Professional. I merged the two concepts of Organizing and Staging and created RoomDini! I am very excited that I am on my way to becomming a known name in the real estate industry.

On a personal level, I am a mother of 3 children, ages 17,13, and 10. They are the loves of my life and I am proud to be called thier mom. I feel blessed that they are mine! I travelled the world with the military (not in it, just married to it!), but found that the only place that ever felt like home is Frederick. I lived here for 5 years, moved to Germany for 2 and decided that I wanted to plant roots for the rest of my life here. So, here I am....happily! I love this area for many reasons, but mostly becasue I feel that it is a great place to raise my children. I like the "small town" feel Frederick still has. It is a quaint place, so rich with history. I love the fact that going to a Key's game is considered a big deal, and a true family affair. I love to eat, so this is a great place for me! And of course, I haven't been to any other park like Baker. It really is a beautiful place.

I look forward to connecting and meeting all of you. Home Staging has been around for a long time, but it is a fairly new concept to many agents. I would love to have some time with you to explain how Staging will make a differnce in your sales. Statistics show that a Staged house sells for MORE money and in LESS time. It does work.
