Staging Consult Pricing
$299 + gst Seller DIY consultation for Occupied Homes
This DIY consult enables the client to stage their own home. There are varied costs to staging an occupied home so we determine what the needs of the property are based on market demand and experience.
Many times there are items that can be dealt with easily with a little elbow grease. We will spend that time working through the plans you already have in progress as well as what I believe is needed to complete the STAGED look. You as a seller are responsible to implement this consult in full, inlcuding working through the chekclists we provide and placing your furniture where we indciate on the floor plans we provide.
We are fully equipped with professional painters, house cleaners, landscapers, window washers, junk removal, men with muscle and storage options for you to call upon if you need. We can also stage your occupied home if required. Expect that you will pay anywhere between $1,000- $15,000 to do a basic facelift to your home, depending on it's current condition. If your home hasn't been updatded in over 5 years, expcet that this figure will be higher to meet the demand of buyers in the market.
This pricing does not include actual staging. Facelifts include painting, cleaning, repairs, uograded fixtures and flooring.

Vacant Property Staging
Free "look and see" visit on site to the site to properly price the staging project for you. We will provide the quote for you so that you can decide your best route.
If any recommendations for paint, flooring or fixture updates are required we charge $79.00 + gst for that consultation and it can be completed at the same time.
Staging vacant homes requires Staging, de-staging, delivery and pick up of the rental package, minor cleaning as we complete, interior photography and furniture and decor package rentals. At the free "look and see" we will price this for you.

"Main Floor Plus" ( Smallest basic package for the budget conscious. Includes main floor and upper master suite)
"Whole Home Staging" (Our most requested package. Stages all above grade sq footage.)
"Designers Touch" (The higher end package for Executive Homes)

In the begining we didn't know very much about Home Staging and questioned the influence it would have on the sale of the home. Selling the house so quickly and for such a good price made the whole process a breeze for Dad and I have no doubt that the staging greatly assisted in this regard.
