Kathryn was inspired to start a career in home staging after helping a friend stage her home. "It was so exciting to see the final results. I was hooked! The home sold a few days later. That's when I knew I had to make this my new career," says Kathryn.

Kitchen Staging: This uninspired kitchen was lacking interest. With the addition of a bright red punch of color, it was transformed into a warm and inviting kitchen. This transformation was done by spending very little money. A few bright red candles, some colorful fruit and a focal point was all it needed to make it appealing.

BEFORE: This bedroom was dated and not pulled together

AFTER: To give this room some much need impact the furniture was given a makeover by painting it a dramatic Espresso Brown. Fresh new bedding in a contempory style updates the look by decades. To add a punch of colour we added some bold artwork and lamps in a vibrant turquoise. The walls are painted in a soft smoky grey/green.

BEFORE: Kitchens are one of the most important selling features in a home. This home's kitchen lacked style. Although tastefully appointed with stainless steel appliances it appears dark and lacks warmth.
AFTER: By removing the microwave we showcase the spacious counter tops and more emphasis is placed on the stainless steel stove. Adding a fresh green colour in the accessories and art gives this beautiful kitchen life.
