Areas of Expertise

My specific area of expertise is working with homeowners who are living in the property while it is on the market. My consultations give them detailed recommendations, room by room, of what they should pack, clean, rearrange, etc. to properly Stage their home for sale.  Homes that are Staged are more appealing to buyers because they are move-in ready. As an objective 3rd party, I am not emotionally attached to the furnishings and decor in the home.

The most effective use of my expertise is when homeowners allow me to bring in a team to do the work for them.  In as little as a few hours to a few days, we can transform their home into a showplace buyers will be drawn to.

#1 Goal of Staging is to get the property sold quickly and for top dollar.
