"Building careers worth having and business worth owning." After reading this mission statement in 1998 Stan knew this was the company he wanted to be associated with. He had already enjoyed an awarding winning career in Real Estae with another national company for 7 years but it was time for a change. To better serve his past customers and move his Real Estate career forward he made the switch to Keller Williams. In 1999 his wife joined him and they formed The McLaughlin Team, excellence in Real Estate! In 2000 the owners of the KW office in Norman came to Midwest City and asked Stan to come run their KW office in Norman. Both Stan and Jayme moved to Norman and Wow! They love it! Stan ran the office for 2 years and decided he missed the sales side too much so rejoined his wife in sales. The McLaughlin Team was re-established. At the end of my first year of graduate school my fiance, tired of paying rent, suggested that we buy a house.
