So who is Stan Stepak?
I have been in the field of Avon Lake Real Estate for 11 years. As an Avon Lake Realtor I have unique skills in that I have a Master's degree in Psychology and a B.A. in Consumer Psychology and Marketing. This education paired with field work in Real Estate has resulted in me developing strong negotiation and marketing skills that both sellers and buyers look for in a Realtor. From staging to setting first impressions I will help the seller make their home be a extremely marketable, standing out from the competition. I use season adjusted marketing strategies that bring qualified and motivated buyers to their home.
