Let me share why I'm passionate about my home buyers and sellers real estate experience. 

When I purchased my first home more than twenty years ago, I was a complete novice. I called the name on the sign. That would not have been a problem if I had known the agent was representing the seller and not representing me.  I was unrepresented. The house was so cute and I didn't want to loose it,  I didn't negotiate and paid full price.  I didn't know I could negotiate.  I didn't  know to have a home inspection.  That was huge, after a heavy rain and flooding, and part of the basement wall caved in.  I  don't want any buyer or seller to experience what I went through.

This is why I'm passionate. This is why I am an  a advocate and an educator for my buyers and sellers. I especially like working with women buying their first place.

 You and your family need to feel comfortable throughout the entire buying or selling experience. To trust you need a knowledgeable agent, you need real estate information, market statistics, availabiltiy, followup, and a friend interested in you and your interest and well being.

I have over 25 years experience in sales and marketing.  Before Real Estate, I owned a full service Bridal Store, Bride's Choice, in the Canton Ohio Belden Village area. I worked with Brides, Mother of the Bride, Bridesmaid, Grooms and Prom.  I was also an Account Representative and Marketing Specialist with a government agency.  Assoicated with gthe United Way, I was a fund raisor with Federal agencies in North East Ohio

I am married to my husband lonnie. We live in Jackson Township. I have four Stepchildren and 6 grandchildren.
