I love what I do! I believe in home ownership to be very important. I like to educate my buyers. Knowledge is power! I offer quality service to all my clients. I am honest because that is what I expect from others. I am a believer in no pressure sales! Because I truly care about finding the right home for my clients. Whether that be a new home or resale.
As a Buyer's associate I am there to make the best deal for my Buyers and have no obligations to the sellers when negotiating purchase price. Last year on an average for the year of 2007 I had save my clients just over $8,000 on their purchases. I look forward to doing business with you!

A specialize in finding the perfect home, acreage or farm for my Buyers in Grande Prairie and area. I keep myself up to date on all old and new listings in the smaller towns such as Wembley, Beaverlodge, Hythe, Bezanson, Sexsmith, Teepee Creek, La Glace, Rycroft and Spirit River.
I love to take the time out to educate first time Buyers. Even second time Buyers. They will know what is in the contract and learn about their protections. That way there are no surprises and they know what is expected of them and of me. I wish I knew the contract better, when I purchased my first 2 homes!
