I specialize in finding the perfect home, acreage or farm for my clientsin Grande Prairie and area. I keep myself up to date on all old and new listings in the smaller towns such as Wembley, Beaverlodge, Hythe, Bezanson, Sexsmith, Teepee Creek, La Glace, Rycroft and Spirit River.
I love to take the time out to educate first time Buyers. Even second time Buyers. They will know what is in the contract and learn about their protections. That way there are no surprises and they know what is expected of them and of me. I wish I knew the contract better, when I purchased my first 2 homes!
