A full-service staging and redesign company located in Santa Rosa, Sonoma County, CA. We serve Santa Rosa, Rohnert Park, Petaluma, Sebastopol, Healdsburg, Cloverdale and Marin County. Whether you have a small budget or a large budget, we have a service that will fit your needs. Areas of Expertise
Star Staging offers many staging and redesign services. The first and most economical is a staging consultation (or written report). We go into a home that is occupied and write up a complete report room-by-room on what the homeowner can do for themselves to get the home staged. We address those issues that may be difficult for the realtor to address with their clients (such as smells, personal clutter, etc.)
The second service we offer is occupied stagings. We will use as much of the homeowners things as possible and rearrange them and de-clutter to make the space feel more spacious and give it that Wow factor. We can supplement from our inventory where needed. Depersonalization is key to make the home appeal to a wide range of buyers. We want the buyer to be able to visualize themselves in the home and not make them feel as if they are in someone else's home when they are considering buying it.
The third service is vacant stagings. We will bring everything in and make the home show like a model home. This is critical for a vacant home where home buyers have a difficult time visualizing an empty space.
Of course, we also offer "staging to live" or "redesign" services. If the home is not on the market but the client wants a new look or feel to their rooms we will come in and rearrange what they already have to create a whole new space. We can make recommendations as to what they might want to add as well.
Star Staging offers Color Consultations as well. We can guide you in selecting colors that will make your home feel more cohesive and bring it all together. We'll help you take the confusion out of color selection.
