The last day of 2010 Today I showed a home to a buyer who found me online. What a great way to end the year! He will be getting his financing together and I will get some information for him so we can put in an offer on Monday. He will be purchasing over an acre of land with a mobile home in northwest Queen Creek. I worked on organizing my office files and either shredding or filing documents. I want to be clutter free starting the new year. I have made New Years Resolution to promote local places and events in Gilbert AZ online. December 30 I spoke to a homeowner who found me online and is wanting to sell her home and purchase another. We discussed the preparations she will be doing before we list it next week. It is in a sought after central Mesa location and will be a regular sale. Good start on my listing goals for 2011. I made an appointment to show a home in Queen Creek tomorrow afternoon. It is strange to think that will be my last showing for 2010.
