As I’m doing a little research for a client looking for homes for sale in Aviano at Desert Ridge, I thought I would share my findings. Most people think Aviano is part of Desert Ridge. When in fact, it is it's own community with the Desert Ridge master planned community. This part of Desert Ridge has two HOA's. This is because Aviano has a resident only fitness center, pool and spa. So, the HOA fees for Desert Ridge and Aviano are separate. The reason for two HOA’s is because Aviano has an exclusive fitness center, pool, and spa for it’s residents. The HOA fees for Desert Ridge and Aviano are separate; run by two different property management companies. (Both of which were very nice and helpful on the phone.) Aviano HOA

& Graham So as of today, it’ll cost you $1,350 in transfer fees (although they aren’t technically allowed to call them that anymore) and it averages out to $197.03 per month to live in Aviano at Desert Ridge. If you’ve read this far, you probably already know about our Aviano at Desert Ridge Homes For Sale page, but I have to link it just in case. What questions do you have?
