When I first relocated here to Scottsdale, AZ from St. Charles, IL, I asked a couple of people I worked with for recommendations for hair salons.  The first one was okay, but wasn't conveniently located.  The second was WONDERFUL, but only for the rich and famous.  The third guy was really good, but again, not conveniently located - over a 45 minute drive each way.  Then, I found her - THE ONE!!!!  But, oh no - she wasn't happy doing hair - had to go and have a baby - GEEZ, some people will do anything to get out of work!!!!  Just kidding - she's happy and she and the baby are beautiful and healthy!!! Mirabel is a lovely golf community located in far North Scottsdale, close to the national forest land. Its elevation allows for some of the most phenomenal valley views around. The community is centered around the elegant Mirabel Club. Here are the homes sales figures for Mirabel for 2010 through August. This analysis looks at Q1 and Q2 performance as well as July and August sales. There is also information on current Mirabel homes for sale and pending sales at Mirabel. Homes sales in Mirabel doubled in Q2 over Q1. However, the average sales price slipped a little along with the average price per square foot. Located at the northeast corner of Pinnacle Peak and Pima Rd in north Scottsdale, AZ, you'll find Mastro's Steakhouse.  We had the pleasure of dining there Friday night to celebrate our 22nd anniversary and I was SO pleased with the dining experience, I wanted to share with you. Our server, Cody, was WONDERFUL.  Quick, polite but not condenscending, knowledgable and available.  She came to our table at just the right times - not too often, not too infrequently.
