Just minutes NW of downtown Tucson, Continental Ranch sprawls to the west between I-10 and the northern tip of the Tucson Mountain Range.  

Continental Ranch is a master-planned community just minutes from freeway access, with parks, recreation, businesses and entertainment all within its boundaries. Also included within Continental Ranch is the Active Adult Community, Sunflowerl; the Gated Homes of Continental Reserve; and more.  The area also boasts several community pools and play areas for residents.  New construction is planned just over Rattlesnake Pass in Saguaro Bloom, formerly known as Saguaro Springs, as well.

What is the real estate market doing in Continental Ranch?
