A real estate buyer who is under contract reached out to me via email on a recent Sunday. The client was somewhat surprised when I responded that I was out with buyer and would respond when I return to my office.With these particulate out of state buyer, I  have already  invested 5 days and 500 miles in touring different residential properties here in Mohave County.  The buyer preferred going over the residential purchase contract in person for a property in Meadview, AZ.
