3.64% fixed for 5 years, I must say I didn't think we would see rates this low again since hitting new histori lows in the fall market. Rates had crept back up, bond markets we're inching up and were seemingly levelling off. The question I get most frequently is "what do I think is happening with rates?" or do I think rates will jump up in a few months. I love ending the month by having all but 2 of our current staging's sold!! Not only does that help free up a little inventory but most importantly it just solidifies the huge impact a staged home makes compared with the thousands that are not! Once again this past June, (Juneuary for those of us in BC!) we found ourselves back in White Rock thanks to a referral from my next door neighbor! It has been a long time coming but Celebrate Staging has finally broke into the White Rock, South Surrey market. This desirable and expensive postal code has enjoyed record breaking house prices but now with the market turning it is changing from a sellers market into a buyers market. And we all know that buyers need to be WOWED from the moment they see the MLS to the minute they walk in the door.
