The gated community of Bettencourt Ranch was developed in the early to mid 90's by Castle Construction & Dame Homes in an unincorporated area of Contra Costa County. The neighborhood consists of 421 single family homes. They are a mixture of one and two story residences featuring four/five bedrooms and two/three baths ranging in size from approximately 2400 square feet to 3500 square feet. Castle featured five and Dame eight models to choose from. The community has recreational amenities including a pool as well as tennis courts. In addition it is located behind 24 hour security gates.
