All residents are members of the Hidden Trails Homeowner’s Association that has CC&Rs that aim to keep the Hidden Trails to keep the community in tip-top condition.

As an aside: In 1919, there was a great molasses disaster in Boston. A large tank at a molasses factory burst—killing 21 and injuring 150.
