range from the high 190's to the low 200's, a house where a homicide took place is on the market for $145,000. It has many upgrades and needs no additional work except as one may desire. What percentage of value is lost due to the homicide?

Question: What is the average sales price of single family homes in Fairfield now? We paid 580K for our home in August 2006 and were told values have dropped 30-40% since then. In order to buy a home, we'd have to sell. If there's no equity, then what's the point?
