Question: Hello Everyone,
I am a brand new rookie agent that is hungry for training. The office that I am signed with, there is NO TRAINING. NONE. I am left to learn on my own and don't know what I am doing. I am a part time agent. I want to get with an office in the Inglewood area that offers training and really help me get started. I would like to possibly specialize in short sales, but should there be some basic training a new agent should have first? Hoping for some feedback.
