Question: I have been aprroached by a friend and his wife in rgards to if I would be interested in paying half of their house payment. There have experienced some minor setbacks and do not want to lose their home. It sounds like a good idea because I've been looking into some different investment options. But my question is...is this lega? and how would I be guaranteed a return on my investment (owning part of of home without being on the note.)
