We are still experiencing record low housing inventory, home prices having been moving up and buyers are swarming the market hoping to take advantage of today's low interest rates.

This Sunday, January 27th, I held an Open House at this cutely renovated house located on the San Diego/La Mesa Border. During the 3 hours of the Open House I had over 30 groups of people overwhelm the house. Everyone was looking for a house to buy for themselves of for a relative or friend. Many have been looking for several months. I also had a couple agents come by and they too had Open Houses with the same level of traffic flow. 30 groups of people is amazing number, when generally 10 people is thought to be a successful number of attendees at an Open House.
