This is the November 2016 Ventura Condo Market Update  Ventura Condo sales this November, 2016 was way up from the number of Ventura Condos sold last November.  Nineteen Ventura Condos sold in November 2016 compared to nine last year. However, we see that the median price actually dropped by 2.61% in November 2016 compared to last year. This means more lower priced Ventura Condos sold this year vs last year. Please note in this November 2016 Ventura Condo Market Market Update, I use the terms condos and townhomes interchangeably. Let’s see how Ventura Single Family Homes did in the month of November 2016.Homes sales for Ventura Single Family Homes was stronger this November, 2016 compared to November of last year.  The number of Ventura Homes sold this month increased by 20 from last November. The average price sales price for Ventura Single Family Homes also rose by 7.13% from November, 2015.Please note this Real Estate Market Report does not include the oceanfront homes which in my opinion skew the overall statistics for Ventura Single Family Homes. This is the October 2016 Ventura Condos Market Update  Ventura Condo sales this October, 2016 dropped by three from what was sold last October. But we do see that the median price sales price for Ventura Condos rose 5.10% from October, 2015. Please note in this Real Estate Market Report, I use the terms condos and townhomes interchangeably. Here locally, the most common term used is condo. It just would not be a Ventura Condo Report if I did not talk about the inventory of Ventura Condos. There are just 37 condos for sale in Ventura.
