The first day of October was quite the day. What is it about the 4th quarter that makes things seem so exciting? The Holidays? The other stuff, i.e. football, politics, Black Friday? 

Maybe it is my BIG, BIG, BIG goal to get through this holiday season a few pounds lighter? Could it be my renewed decision to focus on one thing - real estate? Could it be that I love cooking and baking for my friends and can't wait to share fresh goodies with you all? Or maybe it is just that I started drinking coffee again after six months? It was only one cup today and maybe one last week. It's all good :)

Lovin' my Vida loca is how I see my life these days.  Losely translated, it means that I am loving my crazy life.  Why is it crazy?  Well, because today my buyers closed on their dream home and my last listing will be off the market soon too.  That means I have a choice to either get ready to get ready for 2013 and just give up on whatever goals I may have begun at the first of the year, or take the road less travelled and finish strong for 2012! 

Yes, I said continue working.  Abnormal?  Not at all!  In fact, the 4th quarter is a great time to help sellers sell their homes and bueyrs find their dream homes just in time for the holidays.  One of the best treats is that the super highway of real estate agents is traffic free, you see many real estate agents hibernate during the holiday season.  It may not seem like that now, however, jsut wait until Thanksgiving nears and try to find someone who will be there to show  you a property or explain why selling your own home may not benefit you as much as you think.
