Dear Friends Clients and future Clients, So as you have probably been seeing and hearing ( social media) the realtors bragging about selling a home in 6 minutes, before it went on market and so on claiming how great they are. These posts really says one thing that they did a disservice to the seller by not marketing the property for a least a week thru a weekend. The reason they should have was because during that time it was normal to receive 5 or sometimes 10 offers in Vallejo and basically that means all the other buyers were shut out and would/could have wrote a better offer because of the competition. Our friends from the Solano Pickleball Club invited our Elk Grove group to join them for a big party at Allan Witt Park to celebrate two of their member's birthdays and their brand new courts.  Their club is always so gracious.  They treated us to some really tasty food and, more importantly, some very spirited, but friendly competition.
