The neighborhood is bordered by 74th Ave. and 65th Ave. to the north and south, and is west of Simms St.

Thirty-three Woodland Valley homes sold in the past year, from a low of  $137,300 to a high of $285,000.  The average sold price was $223,079 and the average number of days on the market was 40.

Three of the homes sold in the past year were short sales, and two were foreclosures.
