Yesterday, I viewed a home in the Highlands at Braddock Hill. 

930 Highfield Trail Breckenridge Colorado The property is on a cul-de-sac and sits on a large, private lot with over an acre and extensive landscaping and absolutely fantastic views.  Attached, please find the ILC.  I was unaware of any road noise and found the location quite peaceful.  The home has a classic ambience with high-end finishes such as cherry wood flooring and granite slab and slate.  No river rock is to be found! 

One of my favorite features is the abundance of outdoor living areas.  There are two outdoor patios, one for entertaining and a lower for relaxing in the hot tub.  There is also a quaint deck off of the master bedroom.

The home offers an open and inviting floor plan with the living & dining areas, kitchen and bedroom/office on the main floor.  Upstairs, there are three additional bedrooms and a loft which opens to an outdoor deck. 

My wife commented on functionality of the kitchen, with adequate room for multiple cooks/entertaining.  It also has high-end appliances such as a Bosch dishwasher, Viking cook top, Viking over, Samsung oversized, stainless steel refrigerator.The master bedroom is a generous size with room for a sitting area.  The bathroom is spacious and offers great natural light, a soaking tub and steam shower.
