Curtis Allan recently joined Pulte Homes at their award winning community in Broomfield, Colorado – Anthem Highlands. 

 

I had the pleasure of visiting with Curtis at their sales center where he told me all about this great new community. 

 

The master plan amenities include 735 acres of open space, 48 miles of walking trails, 22 parks, private recreation center, trailhead gathering areas, viewing piers, picnic pavilions, waterfalls and 11 water bodies completely stocked with fish.

 

From there we toured seven model homes which demonstrated the type of high quality Pulte puts into their homes.  Each home was unique and designed for the Colorado lifestyle that we have all come to love.  Prices start in the high $200’s in the Anthem Highlands community. 

 

My favorite ranch style home that Pulte offers is the Monarch model.  It features 2,517 square feet with four bedrooms plus a den.  This open floorplan made me feel right at home.

 

My favorite two story home was the Telluride model. This home features 3,274 square feet with 4 bedrooms, den, 4 bathrooms and an upstairs laundry room.
