The Villas at Briargate features one of the best locations in Colorado Springs, especially if you enjoy having great parks nearby. Located at the corner of N. Union and Lexington Drive, the Villas at Briargate are within easy walking distance of Ford Frick park, Rampart park and Wedgewood park. Just a little further is Frontier park and High Plains park.

Featuring maintenance free living, the Villas at Briargate offer quite a bit of variety for a 50+ unit community. The town homes were built from the early 1980’s through the early 1990’s.

The reasonable monthly HOA fee covers common utilities, exterior maintenance, insurance, lawn, maintenance, management, snow removal, and trash removal.

The smaller town homes that don’t have basements are about 1,255 square feet while the two story units with a finished basement are around 3,000 square feet. There are several sizes in between. Some of the town homes have crawl space basements for storing luggage, holiday decorations and other items you don’t use every day.

The interiors of the Villas at Briargate vary widely. Some look very similar to when they were built and some have had wonderful upgrades done.

Some of the town homes have decks and outstanding views of Pikes Peak and the mountains.

Each unit has a two car garage and a two car wide driveway. Some of the units have a very short driveway and some have long driveways.
