Here are the January 2010 residential market report for Fort Collins-Wellington market. There were 95 existing homes sold in January. Sales volume was $21,832,700, the highest priced home was $560,000 and the lowest priced was $95,000. The median price came in at $208,500 while the average price was $229,818. For new construction, had a sales volume of $2,313,629. This translates to 7 homes being sold. The highest priced home was $670,000 and the lowest was $177,900. The median price came in at $234,364 and the average was $330,518. New construction continues to be in a slump.
