To come up with this infographic,they examine studies done by the Bureau of Economic Analysis,the Census Bureau, Macroecomomic Advisors and the Joint Center for Housing Studies at Harvard. After reviewing the data,they determined the total economic impact of a typical home sale in each sale.

Washington DC had the largest Economic Impact of a House sale with $140,000. With the red hot DC Real Estate Market that we are currently experiencing,this is not a surprise. Other cities such as California,Connecticut,Washington and New Jersey also are among the many cities that had a large economic in their state. Many people probably think that Adams Morgan DC is very expensive neighborhood to live in. Considering that Adams Morgan is by many considered the center of Washington's Hispanic immigrant community,and is a major night life area with many Adams Morgan DC bars and restaurants, particularly along 18th Street (the primary commercial district) and Columbia Road. Urban Gardening: The Biltmore Triangle Community Garden

On a little triangle of land at the intersection of 20th and Biltmore Streets NW, there is a lovely garden tended by dedicated neighborhood volunteers.  It's not one of these formal looking gardens that is perfectly done, and that's just what I love about it.  There is a sort of informal, wild quality.  It has the splashes of color that I can imagine inspiring one of the French Impressionist painters, and it is beautiful throughout the growing season.  It's one of my favorite places to pull over the car and pull out may camera.

Happy Friday people. Right now I hope you are either in front of the television watching a family movie with the family,having fun with your friends out at a restaurant or cozying up to the chimey with your loved one on this chilly night as you look into each others dreamy eyes. As the fire heats up the temperature in the house,something else is starting to .... WAIT A MINUTE.

Okay I am sorry I got a little carried away. Forgot that this should be a scene in one of my spec scripts that is currently in the works not for this Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market. But one thing that is on fire is the Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market Report for August 2011.

DC Real Estate Market is stable. It is in the numbers. This Adams Morgan DC Real Estate Market Report will show that. 66 Adams Morgan DC Attached homes for sale SOLD in August 2011. That is up 4.76% more than August 2010 when 63 Adams Morgan DC Attached homes for sale SOLD in August 2011. Average home price of a Adams Morgan DC Sold home was $548,844. That is only 3.24% less than what the average Adams Morgan DC home sold for last year which was $567,324.

Average days of a Adams Morgan DC home for sale on the market was only 36 days. That is better than last year when it was 44 days. I am assuming a lot of Adams Morgan DC home owners are home staging their houses so it can look more appealing to ready,willing and able buyers. Average Sold Price to Original List Price was 96.3%. Adams Morgan DC home owners are pricing their home right for ready,willing and able Adams Morgan DC home buyers. Price your home right and it will sell quickly.

Out of the 66 homes that sold in Adams Morgan DC,

• 50 of them were Conventional Loans.
• 6 of them were Cash.
• 3 of them were FHA Loans.
• 5 of them were VA Loans.
• And 2 of them were other types of Financing.
