Does a buyer really want a bigger ROOM?  ABSOLUTELY!  As a seller can you really make the rooms bigger?  Not unless you invest in that if your able to!  So the question really is... How can I rearrange the FURNITURE that is in this room to make it so the room FEELS BIGGER!  For Example: Moving the sofa from one wall to another or in the middle of the room can often help or covering it with a different color.  It depends on the size, shape, and color of the room itself.  If the room is small then and in most cases you will need to DE-CLUTTER everything! What will my monthly payments be if I borrow $100,000 for my first home here in Delaware.   That is a great question!  If you borrow $100,000 to buy your first home here in Delaware we use a chart called a Amortization Table that can help you calculate your monthly payments.    You simply divide your loan amount by $1,000 and in this case it is 100.   You then take the interest rate and look up the corresponding "Factor" for it in the chart.   In this case the factor is: 6.0 for a 30 year mortgage.
