Over two years ago I developed a website www.FranklyRealEstate.com which led to a blog www.FranklyRealEstate.Blogspot.com. Even then Ozzie, the guy at Graphical Data who helps me with all things web, cautioned me that the site was too broad.

Its not 2005 anymore, those are days gone by. Where anything and everything was selling............ Flying off the market sometimes within hours or within days.
A crazy time it was.... we all made a good chunk of change in that market. A listing NEVER expired because everything sold regardless
