An agent contacted about a week ago telling me he was going to submit an offer on one of my listings. I explained to him the listing price had been approved by the investor who owns the loan and that amount was what they would approve for, not one dollar less.

Bailing Out the little guy with foreclosure issues was how the $700 Billion Bailout began! Saving our country was supposed tooffset people losing theirprized possessions.The American Dream is lost and forgotten now!
The original bailout isofficially dead, and don`t believe for one second the Banks will come to the rescue.

Apparently, there is light at the end of the Real Estate tunnel.
With Uncle Sam stepping up to the platebailing out the banks from it`s horrific "Sub-Prime Loans" it suddenly seems the Real Estate market will once again lead the way for a better 2009.

Where did all the ActiveKEYs go? They must have married all the Supra Lock boxes
and relocated somewhere North of South Florida!
That is the only reasonable explanation for their disappearance since the alternative is too scary for me to think about!

I don`t know but, ifa buyer selects a mortgage company to represent them and they have 2.5 months to close, it`s a given somebody should be able to bring the transaction to the closing table.
Yet, with 7 days remaining Mr. Lender seems to have dropped the ball.Sound familiar?
