Question: I have a property goes to short sale in FL, which has just been approved by my lender. The problem is, the buyer wants it to close two month later (6/30). So do I still need to make payments for these two months (May and June)? Is there any difference in my credit history between pay and no pay? Any suggestion will be greatly appreciated!
