Every so often you come across a gem of a community that not everyone knows about. Delray Beach has several, but one in particular is Kokomo Key Townhomes. Kokomo Key is a gated, intracoastal community. The community is always in pristine condition, HOA fees are currently only $220/mth, and include building insurance, basic cable, exterior maintenance, and trash removal.

The community is made up of 2 and 3 bedroom units. There is no age restriction and for all you dog lovers...all size dogs are allowed. There is a lovely pool area, a waterfront gazebo, and boardwalk. You can fish from the pier and if you're lucky, may see some manatees. There is also an outdoor picnic and grill area with swings and slides for the kids.

The location is perfect. Only 1.5 miles from Downtown Delray Beach, "The Avenue", and just minutes to one of the most beautiful and tranquil beaches in South Florida. These homes were built less than 10 years ago, recieved new roofs in 2006 after Hurricane Wilma, and are affordably priced. You can buy a home in this community anywhere from the mid 200's to the mid 400's.
