While I was on a Florida vacation last week I met some friends who live in Destin at the Breakers East Condos. Bob and Pat travel extensively so their unit is for rent quite a bit. Their unit #504 is a 2 bedroom 2 bath that sleeps 8 comfortable.

They are right on the water and have a hugh balcony. Amenities include private beach, 2 lighted tennis courts, bbq gas grills, heated pool and the list goes on and on.
