Question: I am interested in a home in the Fort Myers, Florida area and have a few concerns regarding sewer versus septic and well water versus community water supply and costs and problems each might entail. Also what are some of the nicer communities of Fort Myers? My last concerns are insurance costs in different areas and tax rates. Looking to purchase a brick or block home, fairly new, between 1400 and 1800 sq. feet but have heard some horror stories about taxes (I am from Michigan). What would be an average annual tax on something like this? There are some nice homes near the Caloosahatchee River but then I am worried about flood insurance or higher insurance rates in that area. Is inland better?
Any information would be greatly appreciated.

Question: I'm a realtor at New York City and I have a investor buyer who is thinking of buying some units at Musa at Daniels, 13501 Eagle Ridge Drive, Fort Myers, FL 33912-1865. He is concern about the rental market in Ft Myer. How the rental market for luxury condo in Ft Myer? Is it moving or sluggish?
Any of your professional opinions are highly appreciated. Don't feel shy to ask me a question about the New York market.
